The Kashmiri Tantra Massage Ritual is an ancient practice of conscious touch, also known as the Kashmiri Ritual, Kashmiri Tantra Massage, or Shiva-Shakti Ritual, originating from Kashmir, northern India.

The ritual promotes self-knowledge, harmonizing the body, mind, emotions, and soul, as well as deep relaxation, awakening the body's sensitivity, unlocking life force and sexual energy, and awakening the Kundalini.

The Kashmiri Massage Ritual works on the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, balancing them and leading the recipient to a sense of wholeness.

The ritual addresses the three main stages of human life—childhood, adolescence, and adulthood—facilitating the healing of emotional and sexual traumas at each stage and the removal of energy blockages.

This massage harmoniously encompasses the entire body, without focusing on the Lingam/Yoni. The touch gently moves throughout the body, uniting various sensations into a single flow, awakening energy and its flow throughout the body.

The ritual also includes an initiation into tantra, chakra balancing, and the removal of karmic imprints.

This is not just a massage, but a conscious spiritual practice. The intensity and depth of the practice are enhanced by prayers and asanas (body postures) corresponding to the stages of life.

Our Kashmiri Massage Ritual service is certified by Tantra Nectar University.

Stages and asanas of the ritual

The ritual requires the receiver's involvement—saying a prayer at the beginning of the ritual and changing body positions (asanas) during the massage.

Stage 1. Lotus Pose. This asana performs a ritual of opening, including prayer, the integration of giver and receiver, and the recognition and acceptance of the divine in the heart.

Stage 2. Child's Pose. This asana heals emotional and sexual traumas from childhood and also balances the chakras.

Stage 3. Frog Pose. This asana heals adolescent traumas, releases shame, embraces one's sexuality, and engages in deep work to unblock sexual energy.

Stage 4. Shiva-Shakti Pose. This asana promotes healing of adult life, strengthening the flow of energy throughout the body. This stage includes a ritual for opening the gates of orgasm.

Stages 5-6. Shavasana. Rituals of initiation into Tantra and the removal of karmic imprints are performed.

Stage 7. Lotus Pose. Completion of the ritual.

How a ritual massage happens

The massage is performed on a massage mat laid on the floor, with the body supported by pillows.

Natural solid body butter is used for the massage.

The recipient's body is naked, but parts of the body not temporarily involved in the massage ritual are covered with sarongs.

The giver of the ritual uses the torso in the massage, but the Yoni remains clothed to avoid touching the receiver's body.
