Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services booked through the website energymassage.org.
 

Cancellation policy:
– You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance,
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable,
– No-shows will be charged in full.

Refunds:
– Refunds are issued only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance,
– No refunds are given for missed sessions or late cancellations,
– Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Modifications and exceptions:
– If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency or other serious reason, please contact us at olga.spellman.tantra@gmail.com — we will do our best to find a solution,
– We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in exceptional cases, with full refund or alternative offered to the client.
