How Healing Session Happens
Ideally, the healing session takes place via video call. If video communication is not possible, then via audio call. If a call is not possible, the healing session is performed using a printed photograph.

Preparing for the Session
It is not recommended:
- Drink alcohol at least 1 day before the session.
- Smoke at least 1.5 hours before the session.
- Overeat and drink coffee immediately before the session.
It is recommended:
- Take a shower on the day of the session.
- Wear comfortable clothes that do not squeeze the body anywhere.
- Light a candle for the duration of the session.
